a) Classroom and Library: The department has well equiped classroom. The classroom has furnished with some historical figure and important heritage and culture of Assam history which helps the students the essence of national pride and glorious past of our country. Moreover, the department classes conduct on modern day tools by using LCD projectors and multimedia presentations. The departmental library is incorporated with the Teachers' Room which is very beneficial to the students. The library is more than 200 books, journals and periodicals which help the students in their academic excercise.
b) Mentor-Mentee system: The department follows mentor-mentee system between teachers and students. It helps the students in better understanding and enhance co-relationship. Moreover, it helps the students in academic endevour.
c) Tutorial Classes: The department takes tutorial classes after the regular classes. It helps the students in focused learning and enhance knowledge.
d) Financial Assistance: The department provides financial aid for deprived students by providing text books, study materials and other resources which help and support in their study.
